Welcome to DramaScore. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy governs our privacy practices regarding our mobile application (the "App") and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
By accessing or using DramaScore, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the application.
01 Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us or that is generated automatically when you use DramaScore.
Personal Data Provided Directly
- Account Profiles: Usernames, Email addresses, Profile Pictures, and Unique User IDs (UIDs) created via Firebase Auth or Google Sign-In.
- Community Chat: Messages you post in live match chat, which are visible to other users along with your public username.
- Feedback & Support: Message content, email address, or device specifications provided when sending feedback or requesting assistance.
- Gamification Predictions: Predictions submitted for sports matches (e.g., Daily Cup scorelines).
Automatically Collected Data
- Log & Usage Data: Pages visited, features accessed, buttons clicked, and match streams/visual effects trigger actions.
- Device Details: Device type, Operating System (iOS/Android), IP addresses, screen resolutions, and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google AD-ID or Apple IDFA).
- Crash Reports: Performance files and error stack-traces automatically handled through Google Firebase Crashlytics.
02 Third-Party Services
DramaScore relies on secure third-party industry giants to power our cinematic football experience. These services process data independently based on their own policies:
Google Firebase
Used for user authentication, real-time cloud data storage, crash logging, analytics, and sending push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Serves in-app advertising, banner ads, and reward-based promotional videos which grant points to unlock special features. Ad personalization is subject to your consent (for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland) and your device's App Tracking Transparency choice on iOS. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.
Google Gemini (Generative Language API)
Generates real-time football commentary "flashes" and detailed team scout reports using anonymized game statistics (such as corners, possession swings, and woodwork strikes).
Sportmonks API
Powers all live soccer fixture data, rosters, player statistics, and historical results. No user personal data is sent to Sportmonks.
03 In-App Economy & Purchases
DramaScore offers a virtual currency system ("My Points") which users can acquire by logging in daily, viewing reward ads, or purchasing via iOS and Android App Store billing integrations.
- In-App Purchase Records: Purchasing points packs (Starter, Growth, Master Packs) uses the respective Google Play Store Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchases. We do not process or store credit cards or payment credentials directly. All transaction authorizations are kept safe and handled by Apple or Google.
- Points Store, Virtual Items & Visual Effects: Users can spend Points to unlock generative AI Scout Reports, obtain "Lucky Charms", or trigger interactive live-match visual elements like "Blessings" (via Blessing Sparks) or special visual effects. These visual assets are linked strictly to your unique account ID.
04 Generative AI Features
Our App uses high-performance generative artificial intelligence models provided by Google Gemini to produce interesting dynamic summaries. To produce commentary:
- We send anonymized event logs (e.g., "The match has a possession swing of 70% for Team A") to the secure Google API.
- Absolutely no personally identifiable information (PII), including account names or emails, is ever shared with the AI models.
05 Data Deletion & Retention
We retain your data (such as your account profile and transaction history) for as long as your account is active. In line with App Store, Google Play, and GDPR requirements, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Open DramaScore → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This immediately and permanently removes your authentication record, username/profile, points balance, purchase records, predictions, and other account data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Request by email
If you can't access the app, email support@dramascore.app from (or including) your registered email and username. After we verify your identity, we permanently delete your data within 7 days.
A limited amount of data may be retained where required by law (for example, purchase records for tax or audit purposes) or in an anonymized, aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
06 Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
